Established patients can be seen without an appointment at our Conroe location as a walk-in after hours each weekday evening and Saturday morning. Same days are subject to availability. We offer same-day appointments for established patients. New patients can call 936.539.4004 to set up a first appointment.
Medicaid, Medicare and Discounted Services
We are here to offer assistance regardless of your ability to pay. We see many insured patients because of the high level of care we offer. However, as a Federally Qualified Health Center, we also treat Medicaid and Medicare patients as well as the uninsured and underinsured. We offer discounted services and a sliding fee scale for qualified patients so that no one in our community has to go without healthcare.
