Dale Beran earned his BS in Biology at Angelo State University and his MD from UTHSC-San Antonio. He completed his third year rotations in the Rio Grande Valley where he saw first-hand the individualized needs of underserved patients, and he is motivated to continue to serve that population. Dr. Beran has a long history of service prior to medical school as shown by his work with meals for the elderly, Habitat for Humanity, and many other volunteer activities. He also served as an instructor at Angelo State University. His hobbies include outdoor activities such as running with his dogs, basketball, soccer, football, and working on cars. Following his residency at Lone Star Family Health Center, he will serve four years with the United States Air Force.
