Carolyn Emerick, MD joined the faculty in August 2016 after completing her residency here at the Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program. She graduated medical school from the Medical School for International Health at Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Southern Israel. There she enjoyed learning about the complexities of cross-cultural medicine and developed a passion for delivering medical care to individuals of all ages, cultures and socio-economic backgrounds. Dr. Emerick is a California native and attended Westmont College, where she received a BA in both Anthropology and Biology.
During her free time, Dr. Emerick enjoys spending time with her husband and her son, traveling, and being outdoors.
