
Lone Star Family Health Center’s electronic health record, athenaOne, is our patient portal. It allows you to take a more active role in your health care journey. With it, you can manage multiple aspects of your health care online from a single account for medical, dental and behavioral services combined.
athenaOne Patient Portal:
There are several features of the portal that can benefit you:

- Schedule your next appointment
- Prepare for your next appointment by filling in your registration information
- Conveniently manage your health information
Signing up is easy! Currently, only established patients can sign up for the portal. New patients, call 936-539-4004 to set up your first appointment to be able to register for the portal. For information on how to sign up for the Patient Portal, visit here or follow the steps below.
- Go to our Patient Portal by visiting https://bit.ly/4v1AAVv.
- Click on Create an Account.
- Select either Patient or Caregiver or Family Member.
- Follow the steps to enter your information.
- A temporary pass code will be sent by email, call or text.
- Enter the temporary pass code and click “Continue”.
- Create your new password. Your password should be 8–20 characters and include at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter and at least one number or symbol.
- Bookmark the patient portal login page for easy access.
