Lone Star Family Health Center (LSFHC) has transitioned to a new electronic health record (EHR), athenaOne. As part of the move, LSFHC has implemented a new patient portal that allows our patients to take a more active role in their health care journey with the ability to manage multiple aspects of their health care online from a single account for medical, dental, and behavioral services combined. 

What will happen to my medical records? 

Your medical records will be transferred to the new system and available to your care team in upcoming visits. If you need to request a copy of your records, on paper or electronically, call 936-539-4004

How do I pay my bill? 

Payments are accepted online, by mail or in person. Please refer to your patient statement for payment instructions. If you have questions about your statement, call 936-539-4004 or email us at info@lonestarfamily.org

How will my experience change? 

You can expect the same patient-centered experience with a few added benefits: 

  • You will have a single patient account with LSFHC! No more separate accounts for medical versus dental. 
  • Your new patient portal and athenaPatient app will allow you to request appointments, check test results, message your care team, access medical records, pay your bill and more.
