Dr. Scott Noorda

Dr. Noorda was born in Salt Lake City. He earned his BS in Neuroscience from BYU. Dr. Noorda has extensive volunteer and missionary experience, including serving on international humanitarian missions. He speak Spanish and enjoys sports, singing, cooking and spending time with his wife and two children.
